II. Scope and Application

These Terms regulate the use of the website and product contracting. Use of the web implies full acceptance. Directed exclusively to users over 18.

III. Purchase Process

The process includes: selection, data completion, secure payment via Redsys, and email confirmation, which formalizes the contract.

IV. Prices and Availability

Prices include VAT (in euros). Availability depends on stock. If stock is missing after order, a full refund will be issued.

V. Payment Methods

Credit/debit cards accepted via secure Redsys gateway (SSL/TLS). Bank details are not stored.

VI. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping to peninsular Spain only. The estimated delivery time is 48 to 72 hours on business days from collection of the package by the carrier. It is a non-guaranteed estimate: the maximum delivery period is 30 calendar days from order confirmation. The full conditions are set out in the Shipping and Returns Policy. Reshipping costs due to absence may apply to the user.

VII. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract by contacting info@masentreserra.com. Return shipping costs are paid by the user.

Legal Exceptions: As these are food products, for health and hygiene protection reasons, the return of goods that have been unsealed, opened or manipulated after delivery will not be accepted.

VIII. Conformity Guarantee

Given the food nature of the products (honey), the 3-year legal warranty stipulated for durable goods does not apply. The conformity guarantee is linked strictly to the best-before date indicated on the packaging.

This guarantee is valid provided the product has been stored under the recommended conditions. If the delivered product has any defects upon receipt, please notify info@masentreserra.com immediately. Return and replacement costs for defective items will be covered by the owner.

IX. Intellectual Property

All web contents are protected. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

X. Limitation of Liability

The owner is not liable for network drops or misuse. Liability for purchases is limited to the order amount.

XI. Applicable Law

Spanish legislation applies. EU dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Conflicts will be submitted to the consumer's local Courts.
