-100 g de polenta precuinada -500 ml d’aigua -25 g de mantega -100 g de sobrassada -150 g de mozzarella o formatge de cabra -80 g de mel de romanà -Pipes de girasol -Oli d’oliva verge extra -Sal
PreparaciĂł:
Poseu l’aigua a bullir en un cassó i afegiu-hi la polenta, remenant-la amb una espà tula. Abaixeu el foc i coeu-la 8 minuts, sense deixar remenar-la. Afegiu-hi la mantega i poseu-hi sal al gust.
Retireu la polenta del foc i aboqueu-la en una safata rectangular untada amb una mica d’oli. Mireu que us quedi un gruix d’1cm, aproximadament. Deixeu-la refredar i talleu-la en rodones.
Escalfeu el forn a 180Âş C i poseu-hi la polenta fins que quedi daurada. Afegiu-hi el formatge i la sobrassada i torneu-la a posar al forn, 3 minuts.
Abans de servir-ho, poseu la mel de romanĂ sobre les rodanxes de polenta i decoreu-ho amb pipes de girasol.
